This week at Park View School, our Word of the Week is CAUTION.

A value that plays a vital role in helping our pupils stay safe, make thoughtful choices, and contribute to a calm, positive learning environment.

CAUTION isn’t about holding back. It’s about being aware, being prepared, and choosing wisely. When our young people show caution, they demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and respect for themselves and others. These are the skills that help them grow into confident, considerate members of the community.

Throughout the week, staff will be recognising pupils who show caution in their actions — whether that’s moving sensibly around school, thinking before reacting, or supporting others with care and awareness.
